2.4 Any estimates provided regarding time required or expected results are based on the information supplied by the Client and are not guaranteed. The actual duration and outcome may vary depending on the condition of the property, access, and other factors.

3. Booking Process

3.1 Clients may request a booking by contacting the Company through its accepted communication channels. By making a booking request, the Client confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3.2 A booking is not confirmed until it has been acknowledged and accepted by the Company. The Company may request additional information about the property, required services, and access arrangements before confirming the booking.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to amend or refuse a booking at its discretion. Where possible, the Company will offer alternative dates, times, or service options.

3.4 The Client must provide accurate and complete information about the property and service requirements. The Company is not responsible for any delays, additional charges, or inability to complete the work arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.

3.5 For regular cleaning services, the Company and Client will agree on a schedule. Any changes to the schedule must be agreed in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Access and Client Obligations

4.1 The Client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. This may include arrangements for keys, entry codes, or the presence of the Client or an authorised representative.

4.2 Where keys are provided to the Company, they will be labelled in a manner that does not disclose the address. The Company will take reasonable care to store and handle keys securely but accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from information or access details supplied incorrectly by the Client.

4.3 The Client must ensure that there is electricity, running water, adequate lighting, and safe working conditions at the property during the time of the service.

4.4 The Client must inform the Company in advance of any health and safety risks, fragile items, restricted areas, or special cleaning requirements at the property.

4.5 Children, pets, and other occupants must be supervised during the service. The Company is not liable for any injury, escape, or other issue relating to unsupervised occupants during the provision of the Services.

5.2 Any quotation is valid only for the property and conditions described at the time of quotation. The Company reserves the right to revise the price if the property condition, size, or requirements differ from the information originally provided.

5.3 The Company may apply additional charges for properties in significantly soiled condition, for special cleaning tasks outside the agreed scope, for parking costs, or for congestion or access charges where applicable.

5.4 All prices are stated in pounds sterling and, where applicable, include or exclude VAT as specified by the Company in accordance with UK tax regulations.

6. Payments

6.1 Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. The Company may require full or partial payment in advance, or payment on completion, depending on the type of service.

6.2 Accepted payment methods will be confirmed by the Company. The Client is responsible for ensuring that payment details are valid and that sufficient funds are available.

6.3 For regular cleaning services, the Client may be required to set up a recurring payment arrangement. The Client authorises the Company to collect payments in accordance with the agreed schedule.

6.4 All invoices are payable on the date specified by the Company. If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the statutory rate permitted under UK law and to suspend or cancel further services until payment is made.

6.5 The Client is responsible for any bank charges, card fees, or other transaction costs imposed by their payment provider.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Show

7.1 The Client may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing notice to the Company within the minimum notice period specified by the Company at the time of booking.

7.2 If the Client cancels or reschedules with less than the required notice, the Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, which may be up to the full service fee for the booking.

7.3 If the Cleaner attends the property at the agreed time and is unable to gain access, or if the Client is not present where their presence is required, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation, and the applicable fee will be charged.

7.4 The Company may cancel or reschedule a booking in cases of staff illness, operational issues, severe weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Company will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible and will offer an alternative appointment where feasible. The Company will not be liable for any indirect loss arising from such cancellation or rescheduling.

8. Service Quality, Complaints and Recleaning

8.1 The Company aims to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If the Client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, they must notify the Company as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event within 24 hours of completion of the service for most one-off services, or before the next scheduled visit for regular cleaning.

8.2 Upon receiving a complaint, the Company may request photographs or further information and may, at its discretion, offer a recleaning of the affected area or another reasonable remedy.

8.3 The Companys obligation in respect of any complaint is limited to the provision of a reclean or partial refund, at the Companys discretion. The Company does not guarantee complete removal of all stains, marks, or damage, particularly where these pre-date the service or are beyond ordinary cleaning methods.

8.4 The Client must provide reasonable access and cooperation to enable any investigation or recleaning to be carried out.

9. Client Property and Fragile Items

9.1 The Client is responsible for securing or removing any valuables, jewellery, cash, important documents, and fragile or irreplaceable items before the start of the service.

9.2 The Company will take reasonable care when working around Client property. However, the Company shall not be liable for normal wear and tear or for pre-existing damage.

9.3 The Client must inform the Company of any items that require special cleaning methods or handling. The Company cannot accept responsibility for damage caused where cleaning instructions were not disclosed, were incorrect, or where the items were unsuitable for standard cleaning products and methods.

10. Liability and Insurance

10.1 The Company maintains insurance cover appropriate for its cleaning services in the United Kingdom. Details may be provided upon reasonable request.

10.2 The Companys liability to the Client, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to direct losses arising from the Companys negligence or breach of contract and shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10.3 The Company is not liable for consequential or indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any losses arising from delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond the Companys reasonable control, including but not limited to accidents, severe weather, transport disruptions, or public utility failures.

10.4 The Company is not responsible for any deterioration of surfaces, fabrics, or materials resulting from wear, age, previous cleaning or treatment, or inherent defects, nor for the failure of products or equipment supplied by the Client.

10.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes the Companys liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

11. Waste Handling and Environmental Requirements

11.1 The Company will handle and dispose of general household and commercial waste generated in the course of cleaning in accordance with applicable waste management and environmental regulations in the United Kingdom.

11.2 The Company is not a licensed carrier for hazardous or specialist waste unless expressly stated. The Client must not request the removal or disposal of hazardous materials, including but not limited to asbestos, chemical waste, clinical waste, flammable liquids, or sharp medical instruments.

11.3 The Client remains responsible for the lawful disposal of any items they instruct the Company to bag or prepare for disposal. Where the Company agrees to remove bagged waste from the property, it will be limited to domestic-type waste and only as permitted by local regulations.

11.4 The Client must inform the Company of any known contamination, infestation, or hazardous condition at the property. The Company may refuse to provide or continue Services where it is unsafe or unlawful to do so.

11.5 The Company endeavours to use cleaning products responsibly and, where practicable, to use environmentally considerate methods. However, product choice will ultimately be determined by suitability for the task and the need to deliver an effective cleaning service.

12. Use of Client Equipment and Supplies

12.1 Unless otherwise agreed, the Company will provide its own cleaning equipment and products suitable for standard cleaning tasks.

12.2 If the Client requests or requires the use of their own equipment or products, they are responsible for ensuring that these are safe, in good working order, and suitable for the intended use. The Company is not liable for any damage or inadequate results arising from the use of Client-supplied products or equipment.

12.3 Vacuum cleaners and other electrical equipment must be in safe working condition. The Company reserves the right to refuse to use any equipment it considers unsafe or unsuitable.

13. Health and Safety

13.1 The Company is committed to maintaining safe working practices in accordance with UK health and safety laws and regulations.

13.2 Cleaners are instructed not to undertake activities that could put their health or safety at risk, including working at dangerous heights, lifting excessively heavy objects, or handling unsafe substances.

13.3 The Client must ensure that the property is reasonably safe for work to be carried out. The Company may suspend or terminate the service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

14. Confidentiality and Data Protection

14.1 The Company respects the privacy of its Clients and will treat all personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.

14.2 Any personal data collected in connection with the Services will be used only for the purpose of administering bookings, providing services, processing payments, and managing the Client relationship, or as otherwise required by law.

15. Termination of Ongoing Services

15.1 Either party may terminate regular or ongoing Services by giving the notice period specified in the service agreement or, if none is specified, by providing reasonable written notice.

15.2 The Company may terminate the provision of Services with immediate effect if the Client fails to pay any amount due, behaves abusively or unreasonably toward staff, creates unsafe conditions, or otherwise materially breaches these Terms and Conditions.

15.3 On termination, any outstanding fees for Services already provided will become immediately due and payable.

16. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

16.1 The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, industry practice, or its business operations.

16.2 The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will apply to all new bookings and to ongoing services after reasonable notice has been given to the Client.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

17.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

17.2 The parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the provision of Services by the Company.

18. Severability

18.1 If any provision or part-provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

19.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with any written service confirmation or quotation provided by the Company, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company in relation to the Services and supersede any previous understandings or agreements, whether oral or written.
